Training Fee and Registration

The training starts at 9:00, Thursday 3rd April and ends  16:00, Saturday 5th April, 2025

Participation fee
We offer three types of fees.
  • Full Fee (Corporate, Public Sector): 1350 Euro

  • Individuals and Community organizations: 975 Euro

  • Students/Scholarships (Limited places): 600 Euro

  • Group Discount Requests: 10% discount for groups of 3 or more people from the same organisation.​

This fee includes:
  • Training fee
  • Food and refreshments during training time
  • Materials during the training and a printed or digital Workbook

​This fee does not include:
  • Your travel expense, accommodation or your personal expenses. 
  • Special dietary requirements has an additional cost of €35 for all 3 days.

Payment
Please make the payment on this page and come back and fill out the registration form.

​Refund policy
We are sure that you won’t want to cancel, but if circumstances make it impossible for you to attend, the cancellation policy is:
  • Before 26th March 90% refund
  • On or after 26th March 50% refund

Booking Accommodation

​The training will take place at Himmelbjerggaarden, Nordic Inspiration Center for Sustainable Development. 

Register and book your accommodation directly with Himmelbjerggården.

Additional nights or meals can also be booked in the link below.
  • ​Shared room Thursday to Saturday DKK 800.00
  • Dormitory Thursday to Saturday DKK 600.00
  • Camping in own tent Thursday to Saturday DKK 450.00
 
  • Bed linen package DKK 150.00

Corporate/Organisational Fee

€1,350.00

For all professionals with a steady job and anyone who gets the training paid by their organization.

Special dietary requirements

All food is vegetarian and mostly organic.

It is possible to order special, lactose free, gluten free or vegan meals at an additional price for all meals.

All food will be labbled for possible allergies, but it is not possible to cook separate meals catering for different allergies, except the the above mentioned options.
